SBC Construction LLC ("SBC", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. Name, email, phone, city, the service you asked about, and the message you sent. We collect these so a real person can respond to you.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which pages help and which need work.
  • Cookies. We use a small number of first-party cookies for session state and analytics. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To prepare a written estimate or scope of work if you request one.
  • To follow up appropriately about your project, only through the contact method you chose.
  • To improve the site, fix bugs, and identify abuse.

Who we share it with

We share information only with vendors required to deliver the service: Supabase (form storage), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (aggregate behavior). Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to serve you, then for a reasonable record-keeping period after the relationship ends. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing jason@sbcconstructionllc.com.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of what we have on you.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Opt out of analytics by using your browser's "Do Not Track" or by installing a tracker-blocker.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
